How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Spain and Portugal (Peninsula): 2 to 3 business days

Europe: 6 to 8 business days

America (USA and Canada): 7 to 10 business days

Do you ship outside of Spain?

Yes, of course. We ship to almost all of Europe and America: USA and Canada.

Spain and Portugal (Peninsula): €4.90 (Free for orders over €90)

Europe: €24.90 (Free on orders over €300)

I want to make a gift. Will you prepare it?

Of course, we love knowing that it is a gift to surprise, we will package it beautifully. Tell us your message or dedication during the purchase process and we will add a card with your personalized message to the gift.

Do you have a physical store?

Yes, our store is in the center of Madrid, at 3 Cervantes Street (Barrio de las Letras).

If you are in Madrid, you can buy online and pick up your order in the store if you wish, you can indicate this during the purchase process.

Do you customize products?

Yes, we would love to help you with your idea using our fabrics or other products that you would like to add your personal touch to. Contact us with your idea and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

I want to return my order. What do I do?

Yes, of course, you can return it if you simply don't like it. As long as the product is not personalized or used and it keeps its original packaging. Send us an email and we will contact you to handle it as soon as possible.

You have 14 calendar days to notify us of your return. As soon as you send us the email, we will reply with the address where you must send the package. From then on, you have a period of 10 days to send it to us. The return costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal will be borne by the buyer.
