RETURNS

You can make a return if you simply do not like it. As long as the product is not personalized or used and is in its original packaging. Send us an email and we will contact you to process it as soon as possible.

You have 14 calendar days to notify us of your return. As soon as you send us the email, we will reply with the address where you must send the package. From then on, you have a period of 10 days to send it to us. The return costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal will be borne by the buyer.
